Counseling
The First Cathedral Counseling Center is a Christian, professional ministry dedicated to the spiritual guidance and wellbeing of its members and families. The counseling team consists of spiritual and mature individuals who are credentialed. We provide guidance, sound Biblical counseling, and encouragement to individuals as well as families of The First Cathedral. Counseling is NOT designed to treat mental illness or perform psychiatric and psychological evaluations. Referral resources are provided for these services when necessary.
Areas of Counseling
Grief Share Ministry
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, you don’t have to grieve alone. Grief Share Ministry provides comfort, direction, and guidance to those who are experiencing the loss of family members, a spouse, and a friend, or from a sudden personal trauma or tragedy.
Schedule: Classes are six weeks and repeat continuously.
Eagles Ministry
The Eagles Ministry is dedicated to providing support and encouragement to individuals in our congregation recovering from substance abuse. Biblical principles and practical life coping skills are taught on how to achieve freedom from addictive behaviors and experience the loving power and relationship of Jesus Christ.
Schedule: Fridays from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
