Queen Esther Open House

An Open House for Individuals/families who may be interested in becoming Foster Parents, Adoptive Parents, Respite, or Supporter. The Queen Esther Program is a collaboration between the Faith Community and the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families. The collaboration is committed to the Recruitment and Support of Individuals and Families to care for children entering the Foster Care System.
